Civil Construction With a Developer's Perspective
There is an important difference between operating equipment and understanding development. Burgin Homebuilders has experience on both sides of the project having planned communities, developed land, coordinated with civil engineers and utility providers, managed infrastructure budgets and ultimately built the homes that sit on top of that infrastructure. That experience changes the way we look at a site.
Every decision affects the economics of the entire development. We look for practical ways to protect the budget without sacrificing the finished product. Road elevations affect lots.
